Four Grain is the 5th limited release bottling from Colonel E.H. Taylor, it is Bottled-in-Bond and was Jim Murray's 2018 World Whisky of the year - in his own words: "Nothing could match the astonishing beauty of its surprisingly delicate weight and complexity combined. It was though time stood still in the tasting room."
This Four Grain Bourbon has the mandatory 51% corn, with the rest of the mashbill being made up of rye, wheat and malted barley. It was distilled in 2005 and entered into the barrel at 104 proof.
